REGISTRATION FORM

You can register for a class: in person, by mail, by fax (404-851-1270), or by phone (404-252-2927).
You may pay for classes with a business or cashier’s check, money order, or Visa or MasterCard charge. We cannot accept personal checks or cash.
If you are mailing or faxing a registration form, please be sure to include the account number, expiration date, and be sure to sign the registration form. Please note that registration forms received prior to the first day of registration will not be proceed until registration begins.
We do not send out confirmations. If you are not certain about a class, please call the center prior
to the first day of class to verify the day and time of the class, and your enrollment.

NON-RESIDENT FEE:
A $10 fee per session will be charged to non-residents (age 65+ exempt; Summer Camp students exempt). City of Atlanta residents will be asked to present their driver’s license as proof of residency at time of registration.
