TAI CHI - BEGINNING/CONTINUING/ Mali Harrell
This Chinese exercise form is practiced primarily for its health benefits, stress relief and relaxation. The slow movements are designed to stimulate the flow of energy or chi through the body with the aim of rejuvenation and increased longevity. Class increases flexibility and balance, both physically and emotionally.
