"Lebeg (slight movement in the air)" is motorized and moves very slowly in a very busy place, hopefully catching your eye and interest in the movement and therefore slowing you down for a second. Glass, concrete and steel. 22'h x 18"w x 18"d. The piece was commissioned for a big room with a very large window that looks out over the tall Seattle buildings. The curves of Tango Rojo contrast the straight lines of the city sky scrapers and energize the space which is used for large gatherings and celebrations.

Glass, concrete, steel. 8'h x 4'w x 1.5"d. “Earth” is made up of four 2-dimensional, wall-mounted panels that contain hundreds of small pieces of hand-cut, metal leaf-backed glass. It was designed so that each panel represents one of the four seasons. Commissioned by Susan Marinello Interiors and Dan Meyers, Kemper Development and installed at Westin Hotel; Bellevue, WA.

The piece speaks to a simple idea of time - a repeated day, from sunrise to sunset, eventually makes up the four generations. Commissioned by and installed at Sato Pharmaceutical Company; Tokyo, Japan.

Glass, composite, concrete, steel. 4’h x 16’w x 16’d "Lumen" is a circular spiral covered with thousands of small, hand-cut pieces of yellow/gold glass backed with metal leaf. The complex curves ‘catch’ the light from the skylight above, creating a beacon of shimmering yellow/gold that welcomes people to the San Antonio area with it’s beautiful natural light and sun. Commissioned by City of San Antonio for the San Antonio Int'l Airport; San Antonio, TX.

It is mounted on the exterior north wall of the new Shepherd Park Bus Facility in Washington, DC, serving as a wayfinder for the returning buses. Commissioned by Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority.

Commissioned by Alaska Dept. of Transportation & Public Facilities for the Fairbanks Int’l Airport; Fairbanks, AK.

Smalti, concrete, steel. 12’h x 50’w x 6”d Installed at 426 Terry Ave N.; Seattle, WA. Mounted on a large curved wall between two buildings in a public plaza, the two yellow arcs that form "Convergence" curve down and inward toward an intimate point on the wall. The small yellow/gold glass tiles become more intense toward this point, seemingly gathering the light and energy of the plaza in this one particular place. Commissioned by Schnitzer West/Vulcan Real Estate.
