Artist Statement
Peter Krsko is an active figure in the contemporary art scene in Washington DC. Scientist by training, explorer by heart, Peter constantly envisions new projects to involve urban residents in civic life in their own cities. His projects that uniquely analyze the life of human communities in urban settings have attracted world-wide attention via media mentions in BBC World News, New York Times and Washington Post as well as large commissions nationally and internationally.
