City of Atlanta RFP: Public Art Restoration Program
Are you a part of a professional art restoration firm, or know someone who is? The City of Atlanta is pleased to announce the release of the Request for Proposals, FC-8463, Public Art Restoration Program. The City is seeking qualified firms for the restoration of the City’s fixed art asset inventory and infrastructure. For more details, you may download the RFP here.
If you/your firm is interested, please follow the instructions below:
- If you download the RFP, email your business name, contact person, address, phone number, fax number and the project number to me at kamorrison@atlantaga.gov, to be placed on the Plan Holders list. You may not receive updated information/Addenda without following these instructions.
- Follow the guidelines for all prospective proponents listed in the RFP Part I: Instructions to Proponents Item #10 stating, “All Proponents and representatives of any Proponent are strictly prohibited from contacting any other City employees (including City of Atlanta elected officials) or any third-party representatives of the City on any matter having to do with this RFP. All communications by any Proponent concerning this RFP must be made to the City’s contact person, or any other City representatives designated by the Chief Procurement Officer in writing.”
- It would be to your advantage to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference which is being held on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in Suite 1900 of City Hall South, which is located at 55 Trinity Avenue S.W., Atlanta, GA 30303.
